T - Identify Halves, Fourths, Eigths of a whole and Create and Read a Bar Graph (HW)
W - Lesson 40 Fact Assessment, and then we'll cover addition facts: Sums of 11 (no HW)
Th - Lesson 40 part 2 Written Assessment, and measurement with one inch color tiles
F - Naming fracitonal parts of a whole (HW)
Spelling: Plurals of Words Ending in -y
1. butterfly = butterflies
2. city = cities
3. turkey = turkeys
4. story = stories
5. day = days
6. toy = toys
7. valley = valleys
8. penny = pennies
9. daisy = daisies
10. library = libraries
11. journey = journeys
12. bunny = bunnies
13. family = families
14. play = plays

Reading: Story - "Mushroom in the Rain"
- We will write a paragraph about a character from the book.
- We will do worksheets that go with the spelling words for the week "Plurals of Words ending in -y"
- We will do a "Comparatives" worksheet (bigger vs. smaller)
White Tigers will get new books to rotate through (as long as they bring them back the next day...)
Blue Tigers have 5 more spelling words (than the White Tigers) that they are required to learn.
Handwriting: Pages 40 - 43 Remember to keep your handwriting neat in ALL your work!
Spanish:
